Card Schemes & Networks

BR-DGE supports all major card networks enabled in your Fiserv merchant accounts.

You do not require any special configuration to enable different card networks through BR-DGE. All major card networks are supported on your retail channel(s) by default.

SCA Exemptions

BR-DGE allows you to request an SCA Exemption during authorisation via Fiserv, potentially bypassing a 3-D Secure challenge.

To send an SCA Exemption to Fiserv via BR-DGE, use the scaExemption field in your POST /v1/payments API request.

AVS Results

BR-DGE returns the result of Fiserv's Address Verification Service (AVS) check in the BR-DGE payment response.

This information is available in the avsResults object, provided AVS is enabled on your Fiserv account.

Raw PSP Response

BR-DGE allows you to directly access the original response from Fiserv using include=rawPspResonse as a query parameter in your POST /v1/payments request.

When provided in your API request, BR-DGE will include the PSP response body in our API response to your server.

Testing

Once enabled on your BR-DGE retail channels, you can begin testing Fiserv using their dedicated test cards and scenarios.

You should not use real card numbers for testing in the sandbox environment. Only use test cards supported by the payment processor.
