Verify the account name for a Card-on-File.

Verifies whether the account name provided matches the issuer-held account name for an existing Card-on-File. This endpoint currently supports Visa Card-on-File multi-use tokens with an active Visa Network Token. If the supplied Card-on-File is not eligible for account name verification, an error response will be returned.
