NEW - Using custom metadata with Card-on-File

The Card-on-File endpoint now supports the use of customMetadatain exactly the same way as for creating a payment, payout, or a PayPal order.
This means that you can use account switching for PSP token provisioning when creating Cards-on-File. PSP token provisioning succeeds when a valid switching metadata is supplied; this ensures the correct selection of account the same way that payments already do.
